Thirdsoft, Inc. · Effective August 26, 2026
Terms of Use
These terms govern your purchase and use of the Aim+ Windows application and license service.
License
A completed purchase grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use Aim+ on one connected Windows PC at a time. You may disconnect that PC and connect another through your account. Aim+ and its content remain the property of Thirdsoft, Inc.
Your responsibilities
You may not resell, share, reverse engineer, circumvent licensing controls, interfere with the service, or use Aim+ unlawfully. You are responsible for following the rules of any game, platform, tournament, or third-party service you use with Aim+.
Payments and refunds
The license is a one-time purchase sold through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe acting as merchant of record. Your final price, local currency, and applicable tax are shown before checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A refund, payment reversal, dispute, fraud, or material violation of these terms may suspend or revoke access.
Compatibility and third-party software
Aim+ requires compatible Windows hardware and may rely on separately installed controller drivers. Operating systems, games, drivers, and platform rules can change. We do not promise compatibility with every device, title, update, or third-party service.
Availability and liability
Aim+ is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may maintain, change, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, Thirdsoft, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Contact and changes
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the support page. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
