Refund Policy
Aim+ is a one-time digital license. We review refund requests fairly and promptly.
Requesting a refund
Use the order-management link in your Stripe receipt or Link account for transaction support. You may also contact us through the support page using the email address on your Aim+ account for product-specific help.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the request. We generally do not offer partial refunds. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
After approval
Stripe, as merchant of record, returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A full refund revokes the related Aim+ license and disconnects its active PC. If you purchase again later, you will need to reconnect the app.
Microsoft Store download
The Windows app is distributed through Microsoft Store without a separate Store charge. The separate Aim+ license is sold through Stripe Managed Payments, so license transaction support is handled through Stripe or Aim+ support rather than Microsoft.
