Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Aim+ collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We store your email address and account details, purchase and license status, Stripe transaction identifiers, and records needed to prevent duplicate payments and process refunds or disputes. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Device and technical data
When you connect Aim+ to your account, we store a one-way hash of the device identifier, an optional device name, the app version, activation status, and validation timestamps. Authentication services may also store session tokens, IP addresses, and browser or device information for security.
How we use information
We use this information to sign you in, process your purchase, issue and validate your license, enforce the one-device limit, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use Stripe Managed Payments as merchant of record for payments, applicable indirect tax, fraud and dispute handling, and transaction support. We use Resend for account emails, Neon for database hosting, and Vercel for website hosting. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their services.
Retention and your choices
We retain purchase, entitlement, refund, dispute, and security records as needed to operate Aim+, resolve support requests, and satisfy legal obligations. You may disconnect a PC from your account at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, contact us through the support page.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Aim+ or applicable requirements change and will post the revised date here.
